Sarah has been producing high quality content for digital and traditional platforms for more than 14 years. She has a Bachelor of Communication majoring in Public Relations and Journalism, which she obtained over a decade ago from the University of the Sunshine Coast. Since then, Sarah has worked in PR, communication and film production roles in Australia and overseas, and for the private and not-for-profit sectors, as well as for herself a PR and Communication Consultant (since 2013).
Sarah is across the strategy development and implementation too – looking at the campaign broadly and factoring in how the different channels and messaging should work together to achieve the set outcomes. She has experience in managing photo shoots and video projects. From curating brand campaigns and creating the shoot-list; and producing short promo films from sourcing contractors, scripting writing, developing shoot lists and post production.
Sarah is a board member for SpecialCare Central providing high-level digital communication and content advice to fellow senior board members and C-suite. Sarah has helped a range of clients from small, private businesses to large not for profits with PR and communication strategy solutions. Developing thoughtfully created content to tell a brand’s storage and forge a strong market presence while gaining positive exposure.

Rachael Tickner is a former journalist with a career spanning over 15 years in the industry across print, online, and broadcast. Rachael first studied a Bachelor of Arts (Communication) and went on to further her studies in 2017, specialising in social media subjects and graduating with an Associates Degree of General Studies.
She has been the owner of two successful PR agencies and has worked with a variety of small to medium sized business clients, both locally and internationally. Her passion lies with helping entrepreneurs raise their profile having worked with health, retail and IT clients across the board. She also has vast experience in the not-for-profit sector, having worked as a marketing manger in this space for over a decade.
Rachael is also the editor of three blogs and is currently writing her first book, due to be published later this year.
